How to buy on behalf of your group


Our Buy now option allows you to quickly and easily place an order on behalf of your group.

Set up your order

  1. Get your order started.

    1. Select START AN ORDER and choose the Buy Now order type. Follow the on-screen instructions to give the order a name and add your design.

    2. For more information, see Create an order.

  2. Ensure you receive your delivery when you want it.

    1. Use the DELIVERY ESTIMATE tool to determine when you need to finalise your order and payment to achieve your preferred delivery date.

  3. Add another product design to the order.

    1. You can add more designs to the order using the ADD ANOTHER PRODUCT button.

  4. Invite others to help manage and collaborate on the order.

    1. Click the MANAGE ACCESS icon, enter their email address and select INVITE. Their details will populate in the Assigned users section and they will be sent an email invite. Invited users will be able to edit the order and design and submit the order.

  5. Make changes to your design(s).

    1. You can make changes to your design up until you submit your order by clicking EDIT DESIGN next to the design image.

Enter your order details

  1. If your design(s) have custom names or numbers, you can enter the order details by filling in the required fields in the Add Order Items section.

  2. Alternatively, you can use our ordering template to collate your order information and import the details. To download the template and view more information on importing, see Importing your order.

Submit your order and make payment

  1. Submit your order

    1. When you are ready to finalise your order, select CHECKOUT at the bottom of the page.

    2. Check and adjust your delivery date if required, and then select SAVE DELIVERY DETAILS.

    3. Your outstanding balance will be displayed on the checkout page. Select your payment option then select PLACE YOUR ORDER.

  2. Design check and delivery confirmation.

    1. Our design team will complete a design review. We will be in touch if any changes are required. Please keep an eye out for correspondence during this time to ensure any issues can be resolved quickly. Once the check is complete, we will email that we have commenced production on your order and confirm your estimated delivery date.

Receive your delivery

  1. Your order will be delivered to your specified delivery address. You will receive email updates when your order is shipped and delivered.

  2. Download a copy of your order

    1. To help with the distribution, you can download a copy of your order via the order menu.

  3. Enjoy your custom garments!

Popular questions


You can collect your order information on our Excel or CSV order template and then import it into your order on the website.

Please note that you must use our template to import the information and you must select the Buy Now order type. Do not make any changes to the column titles on the template.

  • Add your order data, ensuring that you use one file for each product you would like to order.
  • Do not change the headings in this document.
  • The size must be specified from the following options only: 3XS, 2XS, XS, S, M, L, XL, 2XL, 3XL, 4XL, 5XL, with exception of the puffer jackets, where sizing is divided between Men's and Women's (see below).
  • Men's puffer sizing must be specified from the following options: 2XS, XS, S, M, L, XL, 2XL, 3XL, 4XL, 5XL.
  • Women's puffer sizing must be specified from the following options: 6 (2XS), 8 (XS), 10 (S), 12 (M), 14 (L), 16 (XL), 18 (2XL), 20 (3XL) and 22 (4XL).

You can download a copy of your order while your order is open or after it's been submitted.

  1. Navigate to your order via the ORDERS top menu.
  2. Click on your order name.
  3. Select the Download icon. Your order will automatically start downloading in CSV format. You may need to open the ACTIONS menu first to locate the Download icon.

Payment can be made by Visa Debit, Visa Credit, MasterCard, and American Express.

In some instances, we may offer the option to pay via an invoice - please contact us to discuss invoice payment options.

Group orders

You can choose between allowing your group members to pay direct to Reform via credit or debit card when placing their order, or pay on behalf of your group when you finalise your order.

Ordering as part of a group order

Your order manager will elect to either have their group members pay when they place their order or organise the payments separately.

If you order manager has elected for to pay when placing your order, you will be required to pay in full via credit or debit card at checkout.

If your order manager has elected to organise the payments separately, you will be not be required to pay when placing your order.

Yes, creating an account is required to place an order. Creating an account also allows you to log in and make changes to your order.

You can request to delete your account by contacting us, however we recommend doing so only after you have received your order.

In some circumstances, order managers can make changes to the designs in their order. This will depend on the type of order and whether you have submitted your order.

I have submitted my order Once we commence production on your order, we are unable to make any changes to your design. There is a small window of time between when you submit your order and when we commence production where we can make final changes to your design. If you have submitted your order, please contact us to see if changes are possible.

I have not yet submitted my order

Buy Now orders You can make changes to your design up until you submit your order. To make changes to your design:

  1. In your order select EDIT DESIGN next to the design you want to change - this will open the design in the Design Lab.
  2. Make the required changes and click UPDATE ORDER. You will be asked to check the changes and then select UPDATE DESIGN.

Group orders

I’ve selected to 'Pay on behalf of my group'

You can make changes to your design up until you submit your order. However, if your order has any paid items then changes to this design will be limited. In this case, any change that impacts the price will not be able to be saved.

Check for paid items in the Added order items section where the payment status is PAID.

To make changes to your design:

  1. In your order, select EDIT DESIGN next to the design you want to change - this will open the design in the Design Lab.
  2. Make the required changes and click UPDATE ORDER. You will be asked to check the changes and then select UPDATE DESIGN.

Please ensure you communicate any changes made to your group.

  1. Log in to your account and head to your ORDERS menu.
  2. In the Completed Orders section, locate the order containing the design you wish to reorder and select ORDER HISTORY.
  3. Identify the design you wish to reorder, and select REORDER. You will then be prompted to either start a new order for this design or add the design to an existing order.

Your Orders menu is where you can find a list of all your current and previous orders.

To access your orders, log in then select ORDERS.
