All of our products require a minimum order of 10 per design. Because all of our products are custom made to order, our current manufacturing process simply doesn't allow for us to complete orders less than this quantity.

Order Managers
Buy Now orders
Payment can be made by Visa Debit, Visa Credit, MasterCard, and American Express.
In some instances, we may offer the option to pay via an invoice - please contact us to discuss invoice payment options.

Group orders
You can choose between allowing your group members to pay direct to Reform via credit or debit card when placing their order, or pay on behalf of your group when you finalize your order.

Ordering as part of a group order
Your order manager will elect to either have their group members pay when they place their order or organize the payments separately.
If your order manager has elected for you to pay when placing your order, you will be required to pay in full via credit or debit card at checkout.
If your order manager has elected to organize the payments separately, you will be not be required to pay when placing your order. Instead, check with your order manager on how you can pay for the order.

Order Managers
After you submit your order, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details. If you paid by credit or debit card, you will also receive a separate email receipt. If you requested an invoice, this will be emailed by our customer service team.
Our design team will complete a design review and we will be in touch if there are any changes or recommendations.
Once the design review is complete you will receive a further email confirming your estimated delivery date.
You will also receive email notifications when your order is shipped as well as when it is delivered.
Ordering as part of a group
After you submit your order, you will recieve a confirmation email with your order details. If you paid by credit or debit card, you will also receive a separate email receipt.
You can make changes to your order until your group order deadline has passed or your order manager locks your order.
On the order management page, your group’s orders will display in the Added order items section.
To edit the custom name or number on an order:
- Select EDIT next to the order you wish to change.
- Make the required changes to the personalization fields. As you type, the preview area will display the name in the selected font.
- If the lines on the outside of the preview area turn red, then the custom name is too long.
- Select UPDATE ITEM.
If the order was placed by a group member, they will receive an email confirming the changes.
- Log in to your account and head to your ORDERS menu.
- In the Completed Orders section, locate the order containing the design you wish to reorder and select ORDER HISTORY.
- Identify the design you wish to reorder, and select REORDER. You will then be prompted to either start a new order for this design or add the design to an existing order.

You can collect your order information on our Excel or CSV order template and then import it into your order on the website.
Please note that you must use our template to import the information and you must select the Buy Now order type. Do not make any changes to the column titles on the template.

- Add your order data, ensuring that you use one file for each product you would like to order.
- Do not change the headings in this document.
- The size must be specified from the following options only: 3XS, 2XS, XS, S, M, L, XL, 2XL, 3XL, 4XL, 5XL, with exception of the puffer jackets, where sizing is divided between Men's and Women's (see below).
- Men's puffer sizing must be specified from the following options: 2XS, XS, S, M, L, XL, 2XL, 3XL, 4XL, 5XL.
- Women's puffer sizing must be specified from the following options: 6 (2XS), 8 (XS), 10 (S), 12 (M), 14 (L), 16 (XL), 18 (2XL), 20 (3XL) and 22 (4XL).

In some circumstances, order managers can make changes to the designs in their order. This will depend on the type of order and whether you have submitted your order.
I have submitted my order
Once we commence production on your order, we are unable to make any changes to your design. If you have submitted your order, please contact us to see if changes are possible.
I have not yet submitted my order
Buy Now orders You can make changes to your design up until you submit your order. To make changes to your design:
- In your order select EDIT DESIGN next to the design you want to change - this will open the design in the Design Lab.
- Make the required changes and click UPDATE ORDER. You will be asked to check the changes and then select UPDATE DESIGN.
Group orders
I’ve selected to “Pay on behalf of my group”
You can make changes to your design up until you submit your order. However, if your order has any paid items then changes to this design will be limited. In this case, any change that impacts the price will not be able to be saved.

Check for paid items in the Added order items section where the payment status is PAID.
To make changes to your design:
- In your order, select EDIT DESIGN next to the design you want to change - this will open the design in the Design Lab.
- Make the required changes and click UPDATE ORDER. You will be asked to check the changes and then select UPDATE DESIGN.
Please ensure you communicate any changes made to your group.
Yes, creating an account is required to place an order. Creating an account also allows you to log in and make changes to your order.
You can request to delete your account by contacting us, however we recommend doing so only after you have received your order.
If you are managing an order, head to Cancelling your order for more information.
If you are part of a group order, you can cancel your order up until your order manager submits your group's order.
- Log in and head to the ORDERS menu.
- Locate your order under the Pending orders section. If your order is located under the Completed orders section then it has already been submitted and your order cannot be cancelled. Head to Returns and refunds for more information.
- If your order manager is still organizing payments for your order, a trash can will be visible next to the PLACE ORDER button.
- Click the trash can then click YES, CANCEL THIS ORDER. The order will no longer be visible on the Orders page and all order data will be deleted.
- If you paid directly to Reform when you placed your order, there will not be a trash can visible next to the PLACE ORDER button. Please contact us to organize a refund and cancel your order.
Your Orders menu is where you can find a list of all your current and previous orders.
To access your orders, log in then select ORDERS.
