Your Personal Information is stored by Third Parties, including Salesforce, Amazon Web Services (AWS), Klaviyo, and Intercom in a manner that reasonably protects it from misuse and loss and from unauthorized access, modification or disclosure.

When your Personal Information is no longer needed for the purpose for which it was obtained, we will take reasonable steps to destroy or permanently de-identify your Personal Information. However, most of the Personal Information is or will be stored in client files, which will be kept by us for a minimum of 7 years.

Access to your Personal Information

You may access the Personal Information we hold about you and update and/or correct it, subject to certain exceptions. If you wish to access or update your Personal Information, please submit a request via our contact us form or email info@reformclohting.com with the requested data or changes for our review.

Reform Clothing Co will not charge any fee for your access request or to update personal information, but may charge an administrative fee for providing a copy of your Personal Information.

In order to protect your Personal Information, we may require identification from you before releasing the requested information.

It is important to us that your Personal Information is up to date. We will take reasonable steps to make sure that your Personal Information is accurate, complete and up to date. Third-Party Applications

CloudFront Amazon CloudFront is a web service of Amazon Web Services, Inc., P.O. Box 81226, Seattle, WA 98108-1226, http://aws.amazon.com (“CloudFront”) that speeds up distribution of static and dynamic web content such as .html, .css, .js, and image files, to users. CloudFront delivers content through a worldwide network of data centers called edge locations. When a user requests content that is being served with CloudFront, the user is routed to the edge location that provides the lowest latency (time delay), so that content is delivered with the best possible performance.

  • If the content is already in the edge location with the lowest latency, CloudFront delivers it immediately.

  • If the content is not in that edge location, CloudFront retrieves it from an Amazon S3 bucket (where we have hosted our assets for the website) or an HTTP server (in our case, our production web servers in AWS S3) that has been identified as the source for the definitive version of the content.

CloudFront captures information about each request that includes system logs which captures the following information: IP address, lat/long of the server which served the request, country, and date and time. Google Analytics

Our website uses Google Analytics, a web analysis service of Google, Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043 USA, www.google.com (“Google Analytics” or “Google”). Google Analytics employs cookies that are stored to your computer in order to facilitate an analysis of your use of the site. Google Tag Manager (GTM)

Google Optimize

We use Google Optimize to carry out A/B Testing. Cookies are used to record a person’s involvement in a website experiment, e.g. an A/B test where half of our website users see one webpage, and the other half see an alternative version. This helps us test that the changes we make to our site are actually making it better.

Hotjar

We use Hotjar to track the step-by-step path you take through the website. It also shows us when you exit a section of the site, e.g. when you click on a content post or within our design lab and then leave before completing the activity. Intercom

We use third-party analytics services via Intercom to help understand your usage of our services. Klaviyo

We use Klaviyo email marketing services to send periodic promotional or informational emails to you about Reform Clothing and offers. Our website uses plugins of the search engine Site Search 360 operated by SEMKNOX, which is operated by SEMKNOX GmbH, Webergasse 1, Haus B/1, 01067 Dresden, Germany. When the websites are called up, no personal data are transmitted to the provider of the search service (SEMKNOX). Data is transmitted to SEMKNOX only when the search field on this website is used. The data transferred are the search terms you have entered. The IP address of the computer you are using is not transmitted. The search service is at no time able to assign your entered search terms to the IP address of the computer you are using.
